Clarification Text on the Processing of Personal Data
This Clarification Text has been prepared by Gürok Turizm ve Madencilik A.Ş. (hereinafter referred to as “LAV”) residing at İnköy Mahallesi, Eskişehir Karayolu Bulvarı, Kütahya in their capacity as a data controller within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“LPPD”) and the “Communiqué on Principles and Procedures To Be Followed in Fulfilment of the Obligation To Inform.” Securing and preserving your personal data is a priority for LAV.Security measures for the protection of your personal data are provided by LAV at a level that is in line with the potential risks while considering technological possibilities.
It is LAV’s principle to process your personal data in full confidentiality, in accordance with the law, and only when necessary.For this reason, we would like to inform you about the protection of your personal data and your legal rights. Your identity and contact data obtained during the creation of your membership account on www.kurumsal.lav.com.tr and www.lav.com.tr, and your purchase of products and services (name, surname, age, email address, telephone number, and so on), your customer transaction data (order information, and so on) and transaction security data (web page entry and exit information, and so on) are processed by LAV solely for goods/service sales and after-sales support, customer relations management, advertising, campaigns, promotions, product/service marketing, product/service loyalty, execution of information security and contract processes, customer satisfaction activities, marketing analysis studies and finance and accounting transactions, and for the follow-up of requests and complaints.
