LAV ensures the identification of competency inventories of all stakeholders operating within its structure and the structuring of development activities that maximize their potential through its corporate excellence standards. Development Methodology and Scope

Through our training activities, enriching the technical knowledge, behavioral competencies, and skill models of our employees is our primary priority. In this context, strategic projects are carried out across a wide spectrum ranging from functional technical trainings to social and cultural development programs, from psychological support mechanisms to compliance processes with legal regulations. These initiatives aimed at increasing organizational effectiveness are supported by structural modules that strengthen work discipline, managerial skills, and leadership capacity.

Process Management and Collaborations

Development processes are coordinated in an integrated manner by the Human Resources Directorate together with the Training, Development and Performance Management. These units closely follow global development trends and best practices worldwide and maintain continuous knowledge exchange with professional training institutions and strategic solution partners. Corporate development needs are identified through a dual data mechanism fed by the analysis of performance evaluation outputs conducted twice a year and current field research carried out by the Training & Development unit.

In line with the identified strategic needs, training programs are implemented not only through internal resources but also in cooperation with international organizations that are experts in their fields. In order to maintain our vision at a global level, international training and certification opportunities are also offered to our employees when necessary.
