Ethics Support Center
Ethics Support Center
WHAT IS THE ETHICS SUPPORT CENTER?
The Ethics Support Center is an ethical reporting line that serves as a communication channel where employees can safely and confidentially report incidents they consider unethical or suspicious.
WHAT TYPES OF SITUATIONS CAN BE REPORTED?
The ethics hotline is a platform where concerns related to any situations that do not comply with ethical principles and company values can be shared.
- Your confidentiality is protected.
- Reports can be submitted anonymously.
- All applications are evaluated independently and impartially.
- A zero-tolerance policy against retaliation is strictly enforced.
SPEAK UP, DON’T STAY SILENT!
Do not remain silent when you encounter an unethical situation. Reporting ethical violations helps protect our shared work environment. Speaking the truth requires courage, but it is always the right thing to do.
WE BUILD TRUST IN THE WAY WE DO BUSINESS
We adhere to laws, company policies, and professional principles. Integrity, quality, and accountability form the foundation of our success.
WE USE INFORMATION RESPONSIBLY
We respect the confidentiality of customer, employee, and company information. We share information only with authorized individuals and strictly for business purposes.
WE ARE RESPONSIBLE TO SOCIETY AND OUR STAKEHOLDERS
How we represent our company to the outside world matters. We earn the trust of our stakeholders through transparency, integrity, and quality.
WE RESPECT EACH OTHER
Every employee deserves to work in an environment based on respect, courtesy, and equality. A zero-tolerance policy is adopted against discrimination, exclusionary attitudes, and degrading behavior.
Ethical reports are submitted to the Ethics Committee via phone and the website. Reports are initially reviewed by the Preliminary Assessment Committee. If a genuine ethical violation is identified, the matter is escalated to the Ethics Committee. Otherwise, the report is appropriately addressed and the process is concluded.
The Preliminary Assessment Committee consists of representatives from Human Resources, Finance, and Internal Audit teams.
Reports evaluated by the Ethics Committee are reported to the Board of Directors. The entire process is monitored through a system defined by PwC and integrated with the whistleblowing hotline.
- Applications can be submitted either with an identified name or anonymously. In the case of anonymous submissions, a unique code is assigned, allowing individuals to track the process using their chosen password.
- If a report concerns a member of the Ethics Committee or the Preliminary Assessment Committee, that individual will not have access to the report within the system. This is intended to prevent any potential interference, such as tampering with evidence or influencing the course of the investigation.
