Recruitment and Placement System

Selection and Placement System The main objective of the Selection and Placement System is to recruit individuals to LAV who have a high level of education, are well-trained, open to innovation and change, possess entrepreneurial ability, are energetic and dynamic, have the potential to develop themselves and their work, can train others, are able to work in teams, and who will adopt and uphold our values. The main principle in selection and placement is to provide equal opportunities and advancement possibilities to individuals who possess the competencies required by the job (knowledge, skills, behavior) and who will adopt and sustain LAV values, without making any discrimination or granting any privileges.

Application Process

Candidates who wish to apply to LAV can review our open positions on LinkedIn and submit their applications through this platform. The Human Resources Directorate evaluates all applications received through various channels and forwards them to the relevant departments in line with the requirements, while also storing them in the resume database for future evaluation.

All applications are reviewed carefully, and candidates who are invited to interviews are always provided with feedback at the end of the evaluation process.

Interview Program and Applied Tests

When selecting among candidates, job application forms collected through various sources when a staffing need arises are first pre-screened by the Human Resources Directorate, and candidates who match the required job profile are invited to an online or face-to-face interview with the relevant department manager. After this interview, competency and personality tests appropriate to the position are applied to suitable candidates. Relevant basic knowledge, skills, and behavioral competencies are taken into consideration. Candidates who are found successful are recommended by the Human Resources Directorate to the relevant management, and the candidates are invited to a second comprehensive panel interview.

This interview is attended by the General Manager, the relevant Directorate, and the Human Resources Directorate. In the selection of employees who will work within the framework of a project and as part of a team, if necessary, the individuals who will be part of the same team are also invited to participate in the interview and their opinions are obtained. The Human Resources Directorate also completes the reference checks of the candidates who reach the final stage and presents the interview results to the Human Resources Board for their information. A compensation package is then offered to the candidate who is deemed suitable.
