
At LAV, the strongest resource supporting the culture of continuous improvement is the ideas of our employees. Employee participation constitutes one of the fundamental elements of this culture. In line with this understanding, the Kıvılcım Suggestion System is a corporate platform where our employees can share ideas that improve business processes.
The suggestion system covers all LAV employees. Our employees can submit their suggestions through the system regarding increasing quality and efficiency, reducing costs, and improving business processes. The evaluation process of the suggestions is carried out by the Kıvılcım Evaluation Committee, which consists of representatives from different departments. The submitted suggestions are evaluated; ideas found to be applicable are implemented, and employees who contribute are rewarded.
