The Performance Evaluation System is the process of measuring managers, employees and their work against the pre-determined standards.This system aims to ensure that employees contribute to the achievement of company goals and make suggestions.

The general purpose of the Performance Evaluation System is to ensure that the performances of the employees are continuously improved in line with the company goals.The Performance Evaluation System has a mixed structure consisting of evaluation and scoring methods in line with the targets.

Performance Evaluation studies continue throughout the year.Both the employee and the manager informally receive the necessary notes regarding the evaluation of the employee’s performance within a one-year period.However, performance evaluation meetings are held twice a year for the purposes of a formal control.
