The purpose of the suggestion system is to encourage change and development, and to increase motivation by evaluating and rewarding employee suggestions to stimulate improvements in LAV processes and methods, thereby increasing quality and efficiency and reducing costs.

Developed to ensure the proper functioning of the system within the company, this procedure aims to determine the principles that will enable the employees to become a creative and sharing team.

The Suggestion System includes all LAV employees.All employees are responsible for the operation of the Suggestion System.However, a Suggestion System Executive Board has been established to collect suggestions from employees, examine them in an orderly manner and implement them.
